In my opinion, prevention is better than cure, fear is no help for stopping the flu, it is better that we do sth. to prevent the flu.

Honestly, there are loads of diseases more deadly than this flu.
If you are afraid of it then you'll probably spend your life in the fear of getting different kinds of illnesses.
Just do your part, and enjoy life.
